Currently, we process one shipping address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Our team will update you via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp after confirmation and during dispatch.

- bKash or Debit/Credit Card (Advance payment on request)
Is any advance payment required?
Yes. A delivery charge advance must be paid via bKash or card during order confirmation to ensure genuine orders and faster delivery.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed only after confirmation and advance delivery charge payment.
In which currency will I be billed?
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) — a common billing practice for local fashion e-commerce.

Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
